Warrior Performance is a group class that caters to all fitness levels from beginners to advanced students who are looking to challenge themselves. Each class involves a full body workout including strength training and cardiovascular activities. Our instructors objective is to help you reach your fitness goals. These programs have been used by many of our top competitors and instructors to help prepare them for competition.

Warrior Performance Class Schedule:

Tuesday: 5-6PM (Instructor: Dan Winston or Nicole Daily)
Thursday: 5-6PM (Instructor: Dan Winston or Nicole Daily)
