King Of The Cage – August 5th

AUGUST 5th – Wyandotte, Michigan.

3rd degree Caique Jiu Jitsu black belt Angelo Popofski will step back into the cage one last time as a pro MMA fighter when King Of the Cage makes its way back to Michigan on August 5th, 2017. This will be Angelo’s 26th professional fight in a career that began in 1999. Joining Angelo in pro MMA action will be standout Marco Smallman, who continues to make an undefeated run at a world title.

The card will also feature: Avan Bashi, who is coming off an exciting knockout in his amateur debut, as well as Nicholas Shammami and Anthony Wong who will be stepping into the cage for the first time in their MMA careers. All three amateurs have experienced success in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments and, as instructor Matee Tongbua’s top Muay Thai students, Avan and Nicholas are also experienced strikers and will look to combine their skills in the cage.
